Cancellation Policy

  • Either party must provide 48 hours’ notice prior to the arrival date to cancel or amend a reservation and then receive a full refund.
  • Full accommodation charges are payable if you fail to check-in (no show) and have not advised us of any cancellation or changes.
  • During peak periods or special events a 7 day notice period for cancellation applies or full payment will be charged.
  • Special Event Periods may require that a non-refundable deposit be paid, in part or in full. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.

 

Changes to your booking details/dates

  • A minimum notice of intention to vacate is required depending upon the length of stay, eg. If staying 3-6 nights then 48 hours’ is notice required, if staying 7 or more nights then 7 days advance notice is required.
  • Any booking changes must be made 48 hours in advance to obtain a refund of deposits otherwise one night’s accommodation is payable.
  • Changes are subject to the availability of property and the tariff may change.

 

Confirmation & Payment Policy

  • Preferred method of Payment is through PayPal and in full before arrival date. However, we would require valid Credit Card details to charge any costs to repair damage caused during the stay.
  • Corporate account customers paying by invoice may be charged late payment fees if their account falls into arrears.
  • International direct transfers incur bank charges and these are the responsibility of the payee.

 

Check In/Check Out Time

  • Check-in is available from 2pm. Check out is 10am.
  • Early check in & late check-out is strictly subject to availability and charges apply.
  • Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made at least 48 hours prior.
  • It is necessary to book for the night prior to arrival if you wish a guaranteed early check-in.

 

Booking Conditions, Long Stay & Special Rates

  • A minimum length of stay may apply and will be confirmed upon booking.
  • Discounts do not apply for booking extensions.
  • Nightly Tariff: minimum stay of 2 or 3 nights.  Rate applies to stays of 2 nights to 6 consecutive nights inclusive
  • Weekly Tariff: minimum stay of 7 nights.  Rate applies to stays of 7 nights to 13 consecutive nights inclusive
  • Fortnightly Tariff: minimum stay of 14 nights.  Rate applies to stays of 14 to 27 consecutive nights inclusive
  • Monthly Tariff: minimum stay of 28 nights.  Rate applies to stays of 28 or more consecutive nights
  • If the minimum length of stay to qualify for a discounted rate is not fulfilled then the rates will be increased to the appropriate nightly, weekly, fortnightly or monthly rate from the commencement of stay.
  • If keys are lost or not returned, it is our policy to have all locks changed at your expense. Similarly any remote controls will be replaced at your expense if lost or not returned.

 

 

Special Requests and Requirements

  • Cot/crib linen is not supplied.
  • NO Additional charges apply for internet access.
  • We do not have provisions to supply baby items. Apartment caters for maximum of 2 Adults.

 

Liability

  • We will enforce any liability for any damages caused by the use of irons or damage to kitchen bench tops or any other damage caused e.g. carpets, walls etc. during your stay. Accepting these terms and conditions authorises us to deduct the credit card supplied for any damages or unpaid charges.

 

Other Policies

  • Properties are located in residential areas and we strictly enforces a ‘no party’ or ‘excessive noise’ policy and guests will be immediately evicted without refund if found to be damaging property or causing disturbance to other guests.
  • A strict ‘no smoking’ policy applies to all our Properties.
  • The number of guests must not exceed the number of guests specified at the time of booking
  • No pets are allowed in any of our properties
  • A call out fee of $80 will apply if our staff need to visit your unit
